I currently have some super opportunities for a smashing company who are busy! They are now seeking experienced secretaries who have proven experience working in professional Services and who also possess exceptional eye for detail.
Working in a tight team you will support a couple of partners to meet the needs of their demanding roles.
These roles are not PA positions- you will manage a portfolio of clients to ensure they receive all financial communication effectively and on time. Your attention to detail needs to be spot on and you must possess exceptional verbal and written communication.
Duties
* Assisting with accounts compliance processes and managing portfolio deadlines
* Preparing documents and writing reports
* Company secretarial work (training given)
* Management and prioritisation of confidential emails
* General office administration
* Client and staff liaison
* Dictation
* Diary management and associated documentation
* Handling incoming telephone calls
Your Skills and Experience
* Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with people of all levels and to understand and communicate complex messages both to and from those supporting
* Ability to demonstrate initiative and prioritise work appropriately
* Ability to quickly pick up knowledge of the business and use this knowledge to make judgements on key issues
* Assertive and confident
* Microsoft packages plus knowledge of accountancy/cosec software a benefit
