We are seeking a professional and experienced Property After Care Executive to join a well-established successful team near Gerrards Cross. Based at various sites across the Thames Valley you will have previous industry/ house builder experience as well as the ability to deliver the highest level of customer service.
You will be responsible for keeping customers fully updated of progress with their property from point of exchange to completion. You will inspect the properties, collate manuals and ensure a thorough handover is provided to the homeowners, this includes a demonstration of appliances. You will also be the first point of contact for any issues up to 6 weeks after legal completion.
This is a busy and varied role which requires the ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines. Excellent communication skills are essential along with a professional approach.
Paying £33,000 – £36,000 DOE plus car allowance and benefits.
Duties
* Agree a timeframe to write to purchasers with all updates
* Liaise with Site/Sales to ensure choices are done on time and update by the required date and ensure that choices are saved on the sales system and issued to construction/technical.
* Meet with purchasers to go through options of choices and any extras.
* Ensure all standard letters are sent to customers at appropriate build stages.
* Ensure all contacts with customer are input on Coins system.
* Type inspection reports and issue to Site and Contracts Manager straight away.
* Collate all manuals and ensure they are taken from the plot and placed in handover pack ready for handover.
* Liaise with Construction to ensure all ‘snags’ are put right prior to handover.
* Contact to purchaser to confirm when notice is served and confirm completion date
