Our client is an established Property Finance Brokerage specialising in Bridging, Buy to Let, Commercial Mortgages and Development finance. Full training will be provided to develop the knowledge and skills required to satisfy the role and therefore, no previous experience is required.

About the responsibilities
As a Trainee Broker in Property Finance you will be:

Regularly communicating with brokers to explain what the company can assist them with and the benefits of using our client’s service
Build relationships with brokers to understand their needs and generate new business enquiries
Discuss potential cases with brokers and obtain sufficient information to progress a case
Originate own broker data using a multitude of platforms
Keeping all information updated on our CRM system
About you
The successful applicants for the role of Trainee Broker in Property Finance will need to have / be:

About the hours & rewards
In the role of Trainee Broker in Property Finance you will be in an office based role working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.

There is on offer a salary of £20,000 to £25,000 per annum , depending on experience, plus uncapped commission. You will also receive training to enable you to develop skills, knowledge and experience in order to thrive in this role.
