We are looking for an Pensions Administrator , here is an opportunity to become part of a professional IFA Firm Positions in the affluent area of Gerrard’s cross
The organization is looking for an established and Pension Administrator to provide a first-class compliant and complex support service to the financial advisers of the practice enabling them to deliver appropriate advice and solutions to clients in all areas of financial planning. Working within a friendly, and close-knit team this is a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to come on board and share their knowledge with the existing team, helping them grow and develop.
What Your Day to Day Duties Will Include:
·Experience in dealing with Personal Pension plans & Sipps – setting up new plans online with pension providers/platforms
·Obtaining relevant details on existing ppp/sipp plans for consolidation assessment/implementation
·Obtaining relevant details to prep/draft yearly reviews
·Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication
·Working with the Financial Adviser you will discuss the client’s objectives, identifying and obtaining the information necessary to compile the financial report.
·Liaise with product providers and other third parties to acquire additional information that may be required in order to assess
the client’s needs and to formulate recommendations.
What is Needed to Be Considered for the Pensions Administrator role:
·Understanding of the Financial Planning process
·Experience of maintaining good working relationships in the delivery of financial advice services or similar environment
·Fully competent in desktop applications (proficient in Microsoft Word,
·Excel and Outlook)
·Ability to analyse financial issues and offer sound, reliable and professional advice
·Ability to collate and present financial information
