Gerrards Cross based Accountancy practice are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join the team of four predominantly dealing with OMB's across all sectors in a varied and facing role for 3-4 days per week. The Payroll Assistant will working on Sage payroll dealing with the monthly payroll and furlough calculations. The ideal Payroll Assistant will have previous experience in a similar role and will be able to multitask to a high degree
Payroll Adminiistrator Position Overview
Handling a portfolio of clients your main responsibilities will be:
Preparing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for a diverse set of clients whilst also taking on pension auto enrolment responsibilities
Furlough calculations
Reviewing the payrolls before issuing to clients
Liaising with managers and other departments to provide the best service for the client
Developing new and maintaining other client relationships
Payroll Adminiistrator Position Requirements
Experience on star payroll would be advantageous
Experience within a similar role is essential
Both Accountancy practice and commercial candidates are encouraged to apply
A team player who can also work autonomously
Payroll Adminiistrator Position Remuneration
£27,000 – £35,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:30
