A part-time Office Manager is required to join a successful Financial Services company. The post holder will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. You will need to be eligible to start before April to be considered for this role.
Salary up to £20,000 for three days per week is offered for the right candidate.
The Office Manager's tasks will encompass all insurance renewals, banking, inland revenue, monthly payment, and Confidential PA work for the Managing Director and admin support to the business' financial advisers. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and trustworthy individual.

Skills Required

Managing a heavy workload
Basic financial experience/fantastic numeracy skills
PA experience
Experience within a similar role
Beneficial if you’ve worked within Financial Services company
