Are you an experienced HR professional who is looking for a part time role?
 
Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting our Professional Services client in their search for a talented HR Officer to join them on a permanent basis.
 
The company are based in Gerrards Cross near Slough but will offer hybrid working.
 
The full time equivalent is up to £35k.
 
Main duties will include –
 
·Taking the lead on the companies work Experience Programme
·Providing support to the HR Manager on the end to end recruitment process.
·Ensuring the employee benefits are kept up to date.
·Assisting the Risk and Compliance Manager with compliance training enrolment and completion.
·Co-ordinating and producing the annual reward statement for staff.
·Supporting the HR team in ensuring we are providing an efficient service.
 
Key experience –
·At least 3 years HR experience is essential for this role.
·Experience of the end to end employee life cycle from recruitment through to exit, including resourcing experience related to CV screening and candidate interviews.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate to diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
·Excellent attention to detail.
·Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite
