Full Uk Driving Licence is required.

The service user has severe learning disabilities, Autism, Epilepsy, Mosaic Overgrowth Syndrome, CRPS and Left Hemi Megalocephaly.

Duties will include but not limited to:

* Personal Care

* Administering or prompting medication

* Domestic chores: E.g. Tidying the house, Doing the Washing

* Offering Companionship: E.g. Giving Support, Providing a Listening Ear, Giving reassurance.

* Meal Preparation/ Cooking

* Running errands: E.g. Collecting Prescriptions, Attending Doctors’ appointments. Local Travel

* We are looking for someone who could be a friend to the lady as well as providing her with care.
