* This particular role is a new and exciting opportunity to join or growing Investment Property Management business here in Uxbridge.

* This role will form a key part of the already established but fast growing team.

* This role offers the successful candidate direct client responsibility and is tasked with the ensuring a high level of service delivery and overall management of asset enhancement initiatives and the wider functions.

* You will have an active role in business development activities associated with furthering the growth of the Colliers International property management business in London and nationally.
