Independent Aftermarket (IAM) Training Development Specialist
A training development specialist is required to both support the training administration process as well
as support the global implementation and ongoing administration of the Learning Management System
(LMS) for IAM training specifically within the UK. The purpose of the role is to support the existing
functions of the Service Training Centre for technical training whilst supporting the new LMS rollout to
all customer groups whilst promoting sales and enhancing the customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
LMS Support:
 Support the introduction & management of the Learning Management System
 Manage financial transactions including Direct Debits & Credit Card Payments
 Ongoing System Maintenance
 Admin Super User
 Event Organisation & Management
 Internal/External LMS Contact
Training Centre Support tasks
 Functional SAP/Invoicing
 Venue and Trainer Liaison
 Resource Management Support
 Consistent Office Presence
 Maintain software solutions as necessary to facilitate training
 On-site support for visitors and trainers
Additional tasks
 Support Resource Management Process
 Course Management & Scheduling
 Support and Manage Trainer and Customer Queries
 Support Customer Complaints Management Process
 Build, promote and maintain a close working relationship with both internal and external
stakeholders and customers.
 Understand and support the IMI Centre Coordinator to uphold IMI Approved Training Centre
status.
 Remain cost conscious and capitalise on existing internal networks.
 Processing of post course paperwork

Person Profile, Knowledge and Skills

 Full UK Driving License desirable.
 Good understanding of Bosch internal processes.
 At least one year's experience in training or event management.
 Understanding of automotive technical training desirable.
 Experienced administrator.
 Software implementation experience (ideally LMS) desirable.
 Proficient in various IT Systems (including, Microsoft Office, CDB, SAP, Learning Management
Systems etc)
 Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
 Able to work effectively both autonomously and within a team.
 Effective problem solver.
 Multitasker.
 Effective and efficient time manager.
 Excellent communicator.

The job holder's success will be measured by, but not limited to:
 The willingness and commitment demonstrated to work as a member of the Training team, along
with the support of and co-operation with all Bosch managers and staff.
 Delivery of tasks in an expeditious and diligent manner.
 Contribution to achievement of key performance indicators for IAM Training
 Annual and/or periodic performance review with his/her manager
 Sales figures
 Customer satisfaction statistics

Mon-Fri 9am-5pm i.e. 37.5hrs per week
