We are working exclusively with a multi-million pound construction firm who are seeking a professional and experienced Site Manager to work on a brand new prestigious project.

The project is building a small number of high end houses which are expected to win awards due to the design and specification. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a project from inital site set up through to hand over.

To be successful you need to have the following:-

* Experience in a similar role working to high end specification.

* Strong communication skills including written.

* SMSTS

* Experience of providing programme review & meetings

* Strong sub contractor management experience.

The start date for this project is the first week of July. The project is expected to last approximately 12 months. If you are successful in the project my client will have additional projects to move on to.
