Quantity Surveyor – Civils Contractor

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for a new opportunity?

* Company – Turnover £2.2Billion / Employ 10,000+ staff globally / the largest internationally recognised piling and civil-engineering contractors.

* Project: My client have secured three individual projects working directly for the ALIGN JV who are constructing the C1 package of the UK High Speed 2 Line. (In total this is estimated to be valued at £170m)

* This project will include 3.37km of viaduct for HS2. The first project will consist of building diaphragm walls for the construction of HS2 and the project is currently at enabling works stage.

* Location: Denham, Bucks – sites also include Chalfont St Peter, Chalfont St Giles and Amersham (All in Buckinghamshire)

Hybrid working 2/3 days in Denham and remaining WFH

Key Duties: Full Commercial role – experience around administering the NEC form of contract will be crucial (See JD attached)

* Background: Strong Civil Engineering experience would be key. Piling/Groundworks would be desirable but not essential.
