Our client is now seeking a HR Manager to join their growing organisation. Supporting an existing employee base, this is an excellent opportunity for an innovative HR professional to have the autonomy to really make a difference to the organisation through the design and implementation of effective HR initiatives.
To be successful in this role requires a candidate who has demonstrable experience in strategic and operational HR within the construction environment, who is currently operating as a HR Manager and would be an advantage if CIPD qualified.
The role involves developing new strategies to enhance the company’s growth and to deliver short and long term objectives but who can also work operationally with a hands on, flexible approach.
Key operational activities will include the full spectrum of HR to cover: – recruitment, employee relations, performance management, the writing of HR legislation and providing a full, supportive advisory service to all employees.
