Mane are currently recruiting for an Assistant or Quantity Surveyor to work on a major Infrastructure project based out of Denham.

Your responsibilities of this position may include the below –

Administer incentivisation arrangements as appropriate (NEC experience is essential)
Raising consultant, supplier or contractor instructions as necessary for signature by approved parties
Support the change control process and assist in identifying the cost implications of any proposed changes
Understand and deliver the client's requirements, encouraging repeat business
Prepare and assist in monthly valuationsTo be considered for this position as a Quantity Surveyor you must meet the below criteria:

Quantity Surveying Degree – Desired but not essential
Prior experience in the Civil Engineering sector
NEC experience
CSCS Card
2-4 years main or specialist contractor experience in Commercial role
IT literate in Excel, Word and accounts packages
Flexibility to carry out duties not part of the normal remit in the interests of the team
Full UK driving licenceYou will be required to work a 40 hour week – predominately site based 4 days a week with the option of 1 day working from home.
