Team Brain Injury is a leading healthcare provider in the UK: at an exciting stage in our journey and growing quickly. We work together in close partnership with the people that use our service and their families to support adults and children with complex care needs.

The gentleman who uses our service lives with an acquired brain injury and requires support with the following:

· Accessing the community

· Rehabilitation

What we need from you:

* Driving licence and own car

* We require female carers for this client due to their preferences

* Caring and approachable

* Patient and welcoming

* Helpful and reliable

Shift Patterns: 9am – 4pm Days (Every Wednesday and Thursday)
