Care Coordinator

My client is a well established Home Care provider within the UK, one of their branches is currently looking for a care coordinator to join the team.

Your role will be to support all the care staff that provide the care within the community, you will manage your area and rotas effectively.

Some of the responsibilities for a care coordinator are as follows;

* . Managing staff rotas.

* . Coordinating and allocating shifts.

* . Develop relationships with carers and clients.

* . Provide effective recruitment and training.

* . Providing care when needed.

* . On call duties.

You will have previous experience of working within a domiciliary care setting and hold a NVQ in Care preferably level 3. You must be a car driver.
