The Technical Sales Assistant will be working within a well-established small business, who sell monitoring systems to customers within Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and the Food Supply Chain. You will be supporting customers who raise technical queries over the phone, assist in remote installation and occasionally travel to client sites.

This role requires a logical thinker, able to work through a process of elimination with the customer, whilst providing confidence and a “can do” and customer centric attitude. You will also have a sales mindset, using technical support contact as an opportunity to check in with the customer in regard to further, and future needs.

You will have at least 2 years of experience within a technical environment, be competent at providing software solutions and offering predominantly software support for electronic hardware systems. This role would suit someone who is looking to develop their career within Technical Sales
