Sales Account Manager
The role
* We are looking for a new Account Manager to help win new business and develop customer relationships.
* The role will be office based in Chesham.
* We will generate most of your leads through various different methods. You will be required to deal with these leads professionally with great attention to detail.
* Our types of customers include homeowners, businesses, fit-out companies, main contractors, glass companies, sign companies and many, many more.
* Although leads are generated for you, if you speak to somebody who may have a repeat requirement for our products you will need to develop that relationship to maximise sales.
* Even for one-off customers, you will need to manage their enquiry from the initial call, right through to an after sales call, once our Operations Department has told you that the work has been completed. This is what ensures total customer satisfaction, referrals and repeat business.
Sales Account Manager Experience
* You do not need experience in the window film industry, as full product training will be given. However, previous sales, business development or account management is preferred.
* You must be computer literate because we use Salesforce CRM to record all customer information, as well as Word, Excel and Outlook to prepare quotes and contact customers.
* You need to have a fantastic telephone manner to give customers confidence in you and our company.

The Window Film Company was established in 1998 and is well known as a leader in the window film, window graphics and office branding industry.
You may not know what window film is, but it is all around us. If you have ever seen a building with shiny looking windows, tinted glass or frosted lettering, the chances are that is window film.

We have 25 employees based at our Chesham (HP5 2QA) Head Office. Our team includes the Sales Department, Operations Team, Customer Service, Accounts, In-house Graphics Production as well our our own teams of installers.
Salary and benefits
* The basic salary is £20,000 pa. OTE would take this up to £27,000 pa, but this is uncapped. The more you sell, the more you will earn.
* Your hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch.
* Holiday allowance is 21 days pa, plus bank holidays
* We regularly do things outside of work (COVID restrictions permitting) including gin tasting at a local distillery, cookery lessons at a leading cookery school, charity events, sports fixtures as well as a Christmas party.
