Home Specialist, Part Time – Chesham

For Neptune Chesham, we quite literally built it from scratch. We’ve designed it so that, from the outside-in and the inside-out, it looks like it’s three mini homes – each one slightly distinct from the other, but all with complementary, common ground to share. Combinations of flint and larch cover the exterior – materials that are in-keeping with the local vernacular – and once inside, you’ll move between a cosy, country retreat-like atmosphere to a modern-country dwelling full of height and light. Our biggest piece of advice when you stop by is to look up – almost every ceiling is a spectacle with exposed timber trusses, mezzanine levels and suspended libraries.

Our Home Specialists are so much more than sales assistants; they really are specialists in everything they do, from the outstanding service they provide our customers to their in-depth product knowledge.

If you adore great design within home interiors, you’ll love working for Neptune. Each store is unique from the ground up, designed with care and attention to protect and enhance their historical bones. They are home to some of the most inspiring and beautiful furniture, kitchens and home accessories.

To ensure our customers experience the ‘wow factor’ every time they visit, you will:

* Welcome everyone so they feel at home and relaxed as they spend time in store

* Gently impart your product knowledge when supporting and guiding our customers with their furniture and interior choices

* Maintain breath-taking visual merchandising and store presentation

* Process customer orders promptly and correctly and assist with weekly deliveries to store

You'll be a genuinely caring and friendly person with a real passion for excellent service and stunning interiors. You'll have a keen eye for detail and will understand the importance of presentation, personally and in store. Although we are looking for someone to join us on a part time basis, our customers love our products so much that we keep our stores open for them seven days a week so flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays is essential.
