We are seeking dedicated and professional Registered Nurse to work at Nursing Care Home in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.

Your new role

Ensure that the NMC code of practice is upheld at all times
Ensure that a high quality of nursing care is provided at all times to the residents
Monitor and manage the health and well-being of our residents
Be involved with all aspects of nursing care, including personal care
Implement, review and update care plans
Medication management and administration
Maintain accurate detailed reports and records
Ensure that residents received planned or urgent healthcare whenever required
What you'll need to succeed

NMC registration
Motivated & Committed
Experience in catheterisation (male and female), wound care, venepuncture and PEG feeds
Good communication skills
Right to live and work in the UK
Flexible towards shifts
Previous experience working in a nursing home desirable, but not essential
