Customer Service & Sales Support

£22,000 – £25,000
Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
You will work as part of a team providing a first class service and administration support to the Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
To provide excellent customer service to all customers
Check orders have the required information and accurately process customer orders ensuring delivery dates can be met
Close liaison with the customer throughout the process and successfully resolve any enquiries, questions or complaints
Ensure payment terms have been agreed with all customers and invoices are raised accordingly
Obtain artwork approvals from customers through the Artwork Dept
Liaise with suppliers to ensure deliveries and collections have been made
Raise and send purchase orders to suppliers and chase them to confirm that delivery dates will be met
Send out brochures, samples and other information to customers
Complete administration and paperwork in accordance with Company procedures
Work closely with colleagues and all other departments in a co-operative and enthusiastic manner
To apply for this role, you must posses excellent customer service and administration skills. Previous experience processing orders would be an advantage. This is working in a small team, therefore, teamwork and flexibility is key.
