I am currently working alongside a Law Firm based in Chesham, that are looking to bring in a Commercial Property Solicitor in their growing and well established office. With a real presence in the Buckinghamshire space, this would be a great opportunity to further your skills and work with such a variety of clients, spanning across national clients, all the way to more regional work. They are looking to bring in someone between 6-10 PQE, with the opportunity to eventually progress to Head of team. They pride themselves on growing internally and progression is a key thing for them.

The successful candidate is expected to carry out duties such as –

* Manage own caseload

* Manage junior fee earner’s caseload, supervise the running of the same.

* Assist Head of Department with management of the department.

* Ensure that diary dates are observed

* Meet relevant quality and professional standards

* Proactively build and grow department and develop own practice.
