Our client, an IT Services organization is looking to recruit a Admin & Finance Assistant to join their growing team.
The main purpose of the Admin & Finance Assistant will be to provide finance and administrative support and be the first point of contact for the customers, therefore a courteous, professional manner both in person and on the telephone will be essential.
The Admin & Finance Assistant role will be initially starting as a Temp, with a view to go Permanent as the role progresses.
ROLE:
Answering phone and managing reception – including being responsible for hospitality for visitors
Creating tickets for customers
Printing and stamping invoices
Purchase invoice reconciliation
Expenses processing
Credit card reconciliation
Booking in stock and assigning serial numbers
Arranging couriers
Ordering and managing stationery supplies
General filing
Banking
Monday to Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)
Temp: £9.00 – £10 per hour / Perm: £20,000 – £22,000 depending on experience
