This role will have the opportunity to work closely with the senior team on various different projects, which will help you gain experience within a family-owned company that has been around for over 14 years. The company focuses on civil engineering and they have worked in retail/commercial projects.

This role will require you to travel on average once per week, the ideal candidate will need to be willing to learn and have a can-do attitude. You will be helping the team produce detailed specifications and schedules. Also, you will help the CAD department when needed.

There is an opportunity for progression into Senior Mechanical Design and long term, you could join the board of associates. You will be able to work closely with members who have many years of industry experience which will help your career development.

There is not much red tape which will give you the freedom to have a voice and make an impact on projects.

This role is looking for:

* They will consider a fresh graduate or a candidate with some industry experience

* Degree Qualification in Engineering
