Our client, as part of continued expansion, is looking for a Project Manager/ Site Agent to join their successful team.  This is a key role, looking for someone with strong background in highways (s278 works ) to control projects and manage activity on site.   This could suit some from a Highways Supervisor / Foreman background looking for a step up, or an experienced Project Manager / Site Agent.

Role and responsibilities: –

Ensuring Job Packs and RAMS are up to date
Ensuring plant and materials have been allocated to the project
Client Liaison
Budget Control
Driving projects forward, ensuring that they will be delivered on time and to budget

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following experience: –

Strong practical problem-solving skills in Civil Engineering
A background in Structures / Drainage / Highways (s278 works)
People management and project management skills

SSSTS and NRSWA certifications would be preferred although they are willing to assist you in these areas if required.
