The Role of a Room Leader/Third in Charge

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate. You will be working with the Managers to support and coordinate the nursery staff to ensure the nursery is working smoothly and efficiently.

The responsibilities of a Room Leader/Third in Charge person
To oversee planning and preparation of activities and the recording of observations used within the setting
To be hands on working running a room
To develop systems and making adaptions to the running of the nursery.

Requirements of a Room Leader/ Third in charge person:

Hours of Work:
On a Rota 40hrs

Salary:
The third in charge salary is £21000-£24000
