About the role:

This is an ideal opportunity for an individual to join a small to medium sized residential developer operating throughout the Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire regions. As a Trainee Site Manager you will gain exposure of the house building industry, working closely with Senior Construction Management professionals helping you to grow and develop in your site management career. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that will provide you with in-depth training whilst working on the job.

About the benefits and rewards:

The salary offered always depends on the level of experience of the candidate and their exposure to the relevant industry sector. In this instance they are ideally looking to pay up to £20,000 basic salary.

About the requirements:

For this opportunity you will need to have a passion for construction and the built environment. You will ideally have some experience in the industry such as labouring on construction sites or have completed / undertaking related college / university qualifications. You will need to be confident, able to communicate with a range of people and have a strong work ethic.
