I am currently working within a large industrial unit contractor to source a Senior Site Manager, on a £25m project which consists of no.4 industrial units in Hayes.

They are high spec Industrial units 4no forming a park and associated external works, the project runs until May next year.

You will be asked to amend and update programmes according to the project. Previous experience Site Managing industrial units / warehouses from the groundworks stage to handover. You will be working with Steel Frame and concrete yards so again previous experience will be required.

The role is on a temp basis but there's nothing to say if all goes well it can't go permanent.
