Site Administrator – Social Housing / Planned Maintenance

£23K – £28K + Mileage
Must drive and have your own vehicle
Howells Solutions are currently recruiting for a permanent Site Administrator/ Document Controller to work with a well-known Main Contractor on Decent Homes / Planned Maintenance projects in Northolt with occasional travel to Edgware.
Site Administrator – Key Responsibilities:
Experience in administration working on planned maintenance / decent homes projects
Working alongside Site Manager and Resident Liaison Officer
Updating Trackers including resident
Strong Microsoft IT skills including Excel
General office admin
Producing reports for Site Manager
Updating spreadsheets/reports including programme trackers
Offering best practice advice where possible
Manage incoming electronic information ensuring compliance with protocols and standards
Control project documentation, potentially on multiple simultaneous projects
Manage regional user requests for support and guidance Site Administrator – What we are looking for:
Strong admin skills and experience
Advanced IT Skills
Proactive attitude with ability to work using own initiative
Experience in a fast-paced environment
