We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to support a company based in the heart of Chesham in an immediate start temp role for a company that provide services across the UK and this role will be working within their HQ that covers the South of England.
You would be working with a very busy team and supporting on recruitment admin and the very busy recruitment specialist responsible for sourcing staff for their services provided across the southern sector of their business.
This role will be different every day, you'll find yourself supporting on general recruitment admin, sourcing/screening/arranging interviews of candidates and speaking to a high volume of internal and external contacts too.
This company are looking for someone to start asap on a temporary basis and support them for an initial 3-4 months, but this role is a brand new role that will most likely develop as you work and could lead into a permanent role too.
This would be paying £10 to £12 per hour, Monday to Friday and standard core working hours.
Please note that you will be fully office based in this role, to be considered you must be able to travel daily to and from the centre of Chesham.
Duties:
Recruitment administration.
Supporting with sourcing, screening and then submitting candidates.
Booking interviews.
Helping the team make the onboarding process run as smoothly as possible.
Speaking to a high volume of people.
Data Entry and general ad hoc.Key Competencies:
Previous experience of working in an office environment would be ideal
Any right to work checking and onboarding experience would be helpful
Top class customer service/people skills
Proven Admin/Data Entry skills
Computer literate
Hard working and well organised
