We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our client in their small team in Chesham. The ideal candidate will have a good administration background with strong customer service skills to process orders.
Key Responsibilities:
– The ideal Administrator will have a strong ability to liaise with customers and clients confidently in order to take and process orders.
– Must have an ability to carry out general correspondence and any complaints or customer queries
– The successful Administrator will be working on stock taking and sending out marketing materials as well as carry out general data entry.
– Must be physically fit to pick and pack small boxes of stock as well as put away small deliveries.
– An ability to upload information to the company’s internal system as well as carry out general clerical/ Administrative duties.
Key Attributes:
– Must have excellent IT skills with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
– Impeccable telephone manner with strong communication and organisational skills
– Strong team work ethic with a personable attitude
– Occasionally be able to move boxes for deliveries
– Having a knowledge of Sage would be helpful but not essential as training will be given.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
