The Role

We are looking for Care Workers for our client, in a purpose built modern home, in Chalfont St Peter near Slough. They are looking new people to carry out a wide range of tasks for the residents, being both emotionally and physically supportive, assisting with all aspects of personal care along with social and recreational activities.

You will be working along side the duty RGN and/or team leader and will help maintain accurate care records as well as spending time with the residents and their families to make them feel as settled and welcome as possible.

About You

We are looking for candidates who can adapt to our friendly atmosphere and have a natural ability to solve any day to day issues in a cheerful and professional manner. You must be able to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal, and be able to use a computer.

We would prefer an experience HCA, however would consider seeing any candidates who feel they have the necessary skills and qualities to offer this role as there is a high standard induction programme and ongoing training offered.
