My client, a regional house builder, who focus on new build houses in the Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire region, are currently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their existing team. They pride themselves in delivering residential developments to the highest of standard.

The role will based in their office in Chalfont St Peter. Overall responsibilities of the role:

Project cost control, site budgets, value engineering, monitoring actual costs, monthly valuations, progress and stock on site

The successful candidate MUST have:

A stable career history

Have worked for a UK Housebuilder
