We’re currently looking for an Administrator to support our Buckinghamshire Household Recycling Centre (HRC) contract at our site in Calvert.

The Role
As an Administrator, you will be tasked with supporting the delivery of our contract through accurate reporting and information recording to ensure we meet our targets.
Critical to meeting contractual requirements, this role will support our teams in meeting KPI targets and reporting deadlines, providing excellent customer service and service delivery.
Specifically, you will:
– Collate data and performance stats
– Support the development and administration of non-household and/or DIY waste charging scheme
– Respond to telephone calls and emails
– Produce EA waste returns
– Purchase and order supplies for all sites
– Set up new suppliers on the system
– Raise purchase orders
About You
To be considered as an Administrator, you will need:
– Experience working in a customer-focused, service delivery organisation
– Experience of a busy office in a multi-site organisation
– Experience of working in a small team of admin staff, and working to strict deadlines
– Experience in analysing data in order to produce reports
Experience of working in the waste, environmental management or similar sector would be beneficial to your application.
