We're looking for a talented Deputy Manager to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of working in a supervisory capacity at a elderly care home, ideally helping some people with dementia.

If that's you then you could be exactly what they're looking for.

The Role:
As the Deputy Manager you'll report to the Deputy Manager and will be primarily accountable for the day to day operations within a 30 bedded care home (currently 12 people).

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
– Managing rota's
– Conducting supervisions
– Resolving staff issues
– Doing reviews, audits and care plans
– Ensuring the home runs efficiently
– Administering medication

The Candidate:
The Deputy Manager role will have relevant experience of working in a supervisory role within a elderly care home, ideally helping some people with dementia.

You'll also need experience of conducting supervisions, care plans and resolving staff issues.

In addition, you'll need a NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care.

The ideal person for the role will be the following:
– Able to work well in a encouraging, charitable team environment
– Highly orgnised
– A good leader and motivator

The Package:
Basic salary: £27,000 – £29,000 per annum
Overtime: You'll also have the opportunity to earn overtime in this role
