Great opportunity for an experienced property manager to work in a split role covering both Commercial & Residential units.

Do you have previous Commercial experience property experience? would you be interested in a varied role covering residential clients as well as commercial? Would you be happy working with a small team of property manager outside the traditional branch set-up? If so this could be the perfect opportunity for you!!!!

You will be working for a Fantastic Company who are in the top 5 Estate Agents in the UK, you will manage Commercial property buildings which covers office blocks, retail and industrial as well as some residential properties.

The portfolio is fast moving, and the tenant mix is varied, providing daily challenges in your role.

The ideal Property Manager will have sound Commercial abilities and a good knowledge of Commercial property and be able to work well under pressure.

The below, whilst not exhaustive covers the main areas of responsibility: Ensuring all buildings are maintained to a high standard. Ensuring all statutory and regulatory checks are carried out and recorded. Managing tenant relationships

Monitoring and preparing annual service charge budgets. Finalising annual service charge accounts. Procuring high value works, and ensuring they meet the required specifications. Building relationships with letting agents.
