Role: Support Worker

Aim of the role: To help and support the clients with making a difference to there life.

Salary: Weekly Pay / From £10 per hour

Location: Buckingham

Contract: Temp to Perm

Hours: It is 37.5 hours per week, covering long days, sleep ins and weekends.

About the role:

You will be working with a client that has a learning disability with specific additional health needs and complex behaviours which can be a challenge to staff.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the client to achieve new things and make huge positive changes to their life.

Experience:

Must have experience of working with people with complex needs, autism, learning disabilities and metal health and in a metal health setting.

You must be able to communicate clearly with client and must have at least a years’ experience in the healthcare sector.

Extra:

Have a DBS on the update service or do a new one with us.

All trainings or be willing to do training with us.
