Vine Recruitment are looking for a confident and positive support worker, for a position in Buckinghamshire 30 hours weekly.

The role of a support worker is someone who is strong, confident and has a positive attitude, who is fully flexible and adaptable working with complex and challenging behaviours.

Being a support worker each day is different and rewarding. This placement is a temp to perm position, supporting one resident with complex needs.

Support workers make sure that the person who you are supporting is fulfilling each and every day!! This can be achieved by simple tasks such as shopping, preparing meals, medical appointments or even a trip to the hair dressers to make them ready for the weekend!!

Strong communication and the confidence to make decisions while working alone with possible difficult situations.

30 Hours over 7 days, to include long days and sleep in's.

Experience is essential, training and DBS checks will be given by the opportunity
