Are you experienced in successfully running a portfolio of care homes? Do you enjoy having a positive impact on the delivery of care to the elderly? If so, then why not explore this exciting opportunity for a Regional Director to oversee a portfolio of 6 care homes across Buckinghamshire.

You will be working across a group of homes that specialise in delivering nursing and residential care to the elderly. The residents in the home are funded by the local authority, however there are a small amount of self-funded residents. This role will involve supporting general managers to ensure their homes are compliant and performing well from a commercial perspective. You will be joining a growing small charity that have been in the sector for a number of years

Situated across Buckinghamshire, this role can be commutable from Slough, Reading, Oxford and Watford
