We are delighted to be supporting a reputable not for profit care provider with their search for an experienced Operations Manager to join their senior management team.
The company is currently going through transformation and as part of this process a vacancy for an Operations Manager has developed.

We are looking to speak to candidates with a passion for the best quality of care and strong leadership skills. You will also have in depth understanding of regulatory compliance and understand the requirements of managing multiple sites. You will be a key member of the senior management team, working closely with home managers and their teams to monitor and improve service quality and delivery in older peoples residential and nursing homes.

You will be required to work across multiple sites in the South East and a full drivers licence is required as some travel between homes is required.
