Assistant Team Manager – Help & Protection – £39 Ph (umbrella)
About the Job
3D Recruit are working closely with Buckinghamshire County council in seeking an experienced Assistant team manager to join their help and protection service.
You will Promote safety and wellbeing of children and young people, provide guidance, and support to team members and support the performance development of team members.
You will assist in leading, Managing, and supervising social work practice within the service.
Requirements for an Assistant Team Manager:
. Social Work Degree
. SWE Registration
. Experience in a similar childrens services setting
· DBS on the Update Service or happy to apply for one.
· Satisfactory references.
· Right to Work in the UK.
· UK experience (preferred).
