My client, a leading seller of Funerals and Funeral Plans, based in Buckingham, is looking to employ a permanent Telesales Associate. Reporting to the supervisor, the role will be full time working in the office with a choice of 2 set office hours: 09:30-17:30 or 10:00-18:00.
The overall function of the role will be answering inbound calls and contacting clients by telephone for the purpose of arranging Funerals and funeral plans.
The salary this company is looking to pay is between £21,000 – £25,000 with OTE of £35,000, and this is typically earned within the first few months.
Your role:
* Provide clients with information about funeral products or funeral plans to ensure client understanding of the product.
* Confirm to clients the options available for the type of funeral product or funeral plan required.
* Explain to clients’ full details of the funeral product or funeral plan and take the necessary information required for the client to purchase the funeral product or set up the funeral plan with the relevant funeral plan provider.
* Comply with industry code of practises.
* Comply with FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) requirements including TCF (Treating the Customer Fairly).
Key Responsibilities:
* Funeral Product & Funeral Plan Sales.
* Making outbound calls to clients in response to the client enquiry.
* Receiving inbound calls from clients who have a funeral requirement or are interested in funeral plans.
* Provide clients with correct and accurate information.
* Scheduling call backs and follow-up calls in a timely manner.
* Arranging funerals and setting up funeral plans for clients.
* Achievement of monthly sales targets.
* Process client payments.
* Complete additional tasks as requested by your line manager.
