Sales Executive

Office based Telesales
Basic Salary: £21,000 – £25,000
On Target Earnings: £35,000 (unlimited)

We are a national funeral director providing funeral services to families in England, Scotland and Wales in addition to providing the UK’s only all of market comparison site of prepaid funeral plans.

We are looking for Telesales Executives to answer inbound calls and contact customers by telephone for the purpose of arranging a funeral or setting up a funeral plan.

Your role will be to:
– provide customers with information about funeral products or funeral
plans to ensure customer understanding of the product.
– confirm to customers the options available for the type of funeral
product or funeral plan required
– explain to customers full details of the funeral product or funeral plan
and take the necessary information required to purchase the funeral
product or set up the funeral plan with the relevant funeral plan provider
– comply with industry code of practises
– comply with FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) requirements including
Treating the Customer Fairly

Previous sales expericence and a strong phone manner is desired
