The Role
You will be responsible for driving new opportunities, carrying out relevant property matches and negotiating offers between vendors and buyers.
Responsibilities
* Dealing with incoming telephone and website enquiries from potential buyers and vendors
* Identify and maximise business opportunities
* Canvass valuation leads and carry out property viewings
* Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets
* Negotiating and agreeing property sales
* Representing the company in a professional manner
* Build strong relationships with local buyers, investors and property owners
Required Skills and Experience
To succeed you will be ambitious, hard-working and target driven
You will also:
* Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
* Have strong negotiation and communication skills
* Enjoy working with the public over the phone and face to face
* Be a competitive individual driven to succeed
* Hold a full UK valid driving licence
Working hours
Monday to Friday 8:45am to 6pm
1 in 2 Saturdays 8:45am to 4pm
