The Business Sales Executive is responsible for selling the Swish Fibre Service to SME (Small Medium Enterprises defined in the UK as under 250 employees) and larger Enterprise level (250+) businesses.
* Engage with businesses in the towns Swish are building in and promote Swish business services and respond to customer queries in a timely manner
* Composing engaging, effective business emails to new and existing customers introducing the unique offerings.
* Booking direct one-to-one meetings at customer sites
* Educating and developing prospects via telephone, email and virtual activities
* Establishing positive relationships between Swish and prospective local business customers
* Ascertain local business requirements for bandwidth and Service Levels and generate sales pipeline
* Selling business services based on customer requirements in order to hit Swish business sales targets either directly or through resellers
* Create a strong positive liaison with the businesses to generate case studies for marketing purposes
* Provide weekly flightdeck information with detail as required regarding pipeline/forecast and sales info
* Support the marketing team with sales campaigns and generating case studies and good PR
Experience, Skills & Knowledge Required:
* Previous internet/ telecoms and business sales experience
* Understanding of internet/telecoms industry and technology
* Excellent negotiation Skills
* Active Listening and excellent verbal & written communication skills
* Excellent Organisational Skills & Time Management Ability
* General IT knowledge – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic and able to work under own initiative
* Capable of conveying clear, concise and accurate information about our products to potential customers
* Good numerical skills
* Desire to be an ambassador for the Company
* Excellent presentation skills (both formally and informally)
* Full driving licence
