Account Manager
Construction Software
£30k – £35k + bonus (realistic OTE £45k – £50k)
* My client is looking for a consultative, relationship focused Solutions Account Manager with a background in construction, software or a graduate with a relevant degree.
* They are a leading software developer and supplier who deliver cutting edge solutions to construction businesses worldwide, every day.
* My client's vision is about creating amazing technology to help transform commercial performance across the front line of every Construction customer’s business.
* As their new Solutions Account Manager, you will be the face of the business and responsible for the success of your customer accounts.
* You will pro-actively partner with customers; consult with them to understand their business and objectives, develop strategies to drive additional opportunities, provide advice and solutions to add real value and retain our customer portfolio.
* Negotiating contract renewals/extensions, selling complex solutions to multiple stakeholders including C-level execs, selling solutions and services to multiple stakeholders.
* You will be a partner to your customers, consulting with them to understand the overall business and its objectives to provide software that adds real value.
* Understand customer requirement, showcase the leading edge solutions and match as appropriate to the customer's needs.
* To succeed as Solutions Account Manager, you need to be able to demonstrate the following:
* Passionate about customers and love technology and innovation.
* Getting under the skin of customers, consulting, partnering with them and identifying the best possible solutions for their businesses are what you will live and breathe.
* You will want to be part of something special and contribute to the success of the team.
* You will be confident with delivering a strong needs-analysis to help determine how a prospect’s business requirements align with Causeway’s solutions.
* You will be articulate, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage a high number of activities, with good time management, the ability to prioritise and to remain calm and objective under pressure.
* Excellent attention to detail and data management skills
* Self-motivated, creative and confident in recording videos and using social media
* Tenacious, highly energised, passionate and committed, determined to achieve amazing results and make an impact, delivering to high standards and delighting customers.
