Greenacre are working with a housing organisation, based in Buckinghamshire, to recruit a Leasehold Advisor, on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have worked within the Housing sector, whether that be for an Estate Agent, Housing Association, or Local Authority and have experience of leases and tenant involvement.

* Sales Administration

* Tenant Liaison

* Liaising with external partners and solicitors

* Property Management

* Data Entry

* Rent Reviews

This role is to be office based, but there may also be some flexibility regarding agile working.
