Our client, a well-established business based near Buckingham is looking for production and machine operatives to join their existing friendly team responsible for producing high quality timber products working on a high speed production lines that uses the latest robotic technology.

Responsibilities and Duties:

You will be working as a part of a team running/overseeing different sections of the production line, your day to day responsibilities are: ensure the products are manufactured to the desired quality requirements, Comply with the Company’s Health & Safety procedures take control of the day to day running including setting completing changeovers in a timely manner.

Making sure the production output meets the desired targets and the machine runs smoothly.

Previous experience in machine operating working in a factory / production environment, such as: injection molding, CNC machine minding; is essential but a full training will be given

Previous experience within the timber industry or some experience working on industrial production lines would be beneficial.

Working hours:

Monday – Thursday: 7.30am – 17.00pm

Friday: 7.30am – 11.30am

Pay rates between £10.25/hours and £11.50/hour
