Role: Mobile Medical Cleaner

Salary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour

Location: Buckingham

Our clients are specialists in infection prevention and control cleaning and auditing. They have been established since 2008 and are the largest supplier of cleaning services in their specialist field.

The role:

You will be responsible for the deep cleaning of emergency ambulances, non-emergency patient transport, mobile MRI units and specialist medical cleaning for both public and private providers across the Midlands and southern UK.

The successful candidate will be expected to clean ambulances and specialist medical equipment in line with the National Patient Safety Authority guidelines and following guidelines implemented by the company. This responsibility also extends to ensure that all cleaning records are completed accurately and correctly. They are infection control specialists who also provide services to private and public medical and healthcare providers, the successful candidate may be asked to complete works in other areas of the business alongside this post.

Part of this role is cleaning the vehicles using a very regiment process with specialised chemicals. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, working to a high specification, following step by step instructions and be able to work as part of team or alone with good communication skills. The majority of this work is to be carried at NHS locations so confidence, a polite and professional manor and the ability to think on your feet is essential. Relevant training will be provided however experience and any formal cleaning qualifications would be an advantage. Full clean driving license is essential. DBS clearance is also required, the cost of this will be reimbursed by the company.

Hours and times of work are flexible including days, evenings, nights and weekends, and the ability to pick up extra hours would be a great advantage. Company van will be supplied.
