Metering Support Lead – What will you do:

Manage team of back office agents
Oversee the forecasting and scheduling of work for field agents
Manage supply chain including 3rd parties
Ensure customer service is aligned with company expectations

Metering Support Lead – What will you need:

Relevant industry (Energy/Water) experience including supporting field operations
Experience of 3rd party management
Strong background in driving a first-class customer experience environment
Experience of forecasting and scheduling workloads

Location: Buckinghamshire – Flexible working available

Salary: £45,000 to £55,000
